I knew it!

... and yet I am surprised.
being human is a constant state of misunderstanding what that concept means (or not thinking about it at all which I find abhorrent and the biggest of red flags).

believing, for the moment, that humans don't want to simplify as it would mean "less emotions". There's a natural addiction to movement and waves, the highs and lows with a strong presence in the body and mind.

simplifying would mean being more at peace. Being more at peace would mean fewer highs and lows. Fewer highs and lows would mean boredom. Boredom would mean creating new issues...

there is a lot to learn from simplicity and boredom. We can be spun mid-air with sudden gusts of surprise with the intensity of a thousand of those daily unnecessary highs, they are well worth it for both intensity and duration.

boredom is a great tool to understand what we need, want and desire. "It's only through pain that we know pleasure" - applies to all human endeavours.

having our emotional spring pulled back and released so often at such speeds will wear it out until nothing feels... exciting anymore.

boredom creates the space necessary to create something new, peace provides control over the tension and release of that spring, therefore, the ability to choose the target of our energy.

don't resist peace as it is where desire is created...
