suits people

the blouse shirt carefully curated from all the similar ones. A few that are the exact same colour with different patterns. Salmon colour (to be more precise). Orange with pink. It hangs on my tiny frame and it floats around.
pants. Up to the waist and with a crease. Up to the ankles. Boring and appropriate.
medium block heel shoes, very 60s. Dark navy. I love their sound. They'll hurt in a while.

always have a "standard boring professional office look" ready to wear.

some medium brown on the eyes, quite a bright brick-orange blush and a "nude" lipstick (oh, the wonders of using products to recreate natural features).

the look is oh-so-professional but, fortunately, the features I created on and in my skin don't let me feel like a robot.

it's funny - noticing how people react to me. I mean, suits people, of course. And others too. Dismissive at first, talking in simple terms, not giving me a lot of info or take me seriously. Then I open my mouth and they are taken aback. I can see them sitting up in a better posture. Or looking me in the eye. Why? Because I always had to have that "extra" research and knowledge. I know they'll try to trick me or because I am nice enough and smile a lot. And then I can say "No... it doesn't happen that way". Some people react well, many don't.

people hate facts. They hate being the X person who needs to know about Y and have someone like me, looking frail and with fantasy coloured hair, telling them Y is also/not that.

so there is today and tomorrow for decision making.

then a whole life of (hopefully) smaller and quicker decisions. This has been dragging me for too long.

wish me luck and knock 3 fast + 2 slow + 3 fast on metal.
